1. Service Delivery
All property management and related services are delivered as outlined in your management agreement or service contract. We work collaboratively with property owners and tenants to establish clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Service Initiation
Upon agreement and receipt of any required documents or initial payments, our team will begin service promptly. You will be introduced to your dedicated property manager or point of contact who will oversee your account.

3. Communication
Clients will receive regular updates on property status, tenant issues, and any required maintenance or financial matters. Our team is available during regular business hours to respond to questions, provide updates, or resolve concerns.

4. Completion of Services
Upon completion of specific tasks—such as tenant placement, lease signing, or maintenance projects—Gaiety’s Home Inc. will provide all relevant documentation or confirmation. Final reviews are conducted to ensure full satisfaction before closing any service ticket.

5. Revisions and Requests
If you require adjustments or have concerns regarding services rendered, please notify us in writing within 10 business days of service completion. We will review your request and make reasonable adjustments in accordance with your service agreement.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the ongoing and customized nature of property management services, refunds are generally not available once services have commenced. Should you wish to cancel or modify your agreement, please contact us directly to discuss options as outlined in your contract.
