1. Service Delivery
All consulting and courier services are provided in accordance with your signed service agreement or project proposal. Our team collaborates with you to set clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement.

2. Project Initiation
Once agreements are signed and any required deposits are received, we will promptly assign a project manager or consultant to your account. You will receive an initial timeline and clear communication about next steps.

3. Communication
You will receive regular updates regarding project progress, deliverables, and any important developments. Our team is accessible during business hours for questions, updates, and support.

4. Service Completion
Upon the completion of your consulting project or courier service, we will provide all deliverables as outlined in your agreement. Final reviews are conducted to ensure satisfaction before closing out any service engagement.

5. Revisions and Feedback
If you require revisions or have concerns about the services provided, please submit your request in writing within 10 business days of receiving the final deliverable. We will review your feedback and make reasonable adjustments in accordance with your agreement.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. Should you need to cancel or modify your engagement, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options, as outlined in your service agreement.
