1. Service Delivery
All services offered by Gaiety A Holding Company are delivered according to the terms set forth in your service agreement or project proposal. We collaborate closely with clients to establish clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for every engagement.

2. Project Initiation
Upon agreement and receipt of any necessary documentation or deposits, your project will be assigned to a dedicated consultant or project manager. We will communicate an estimated timeline for deliverables and maintain open communication throughout the process.

3. Client Communication
We prioritize clear and timely communication. Clients will receive regular updates on project status, milestones, and any relevant developments. Our team is available during business hours to address questions or provide support.

4. Completion and Handover
Upon completion of your project or consulting engagement, Gaiety A Holding Company will provide all agreed-upon deliverables in the format specified in your agreement. Final reviews and client approvals are conducted to ensure full satisfaction.

5. Revisions and Adjustments
Should revisions or adjustments be necessary, requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of receiving the final deliverables. We will promptly review your feedback and make reasonable adjustments as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, should you wish to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Any refunds or credits will be issued in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement.
